Your body wants to get your attention. And if it did not, it will just attack your body by giving your minor injuries or minor accidents, such as slipping on a banana peel, bite your own tongue/lips, or knock your feet at the door.
Let me give you an example, of my own experience (in fact, I have experience that many, many times).
I have mouth ulcers and gastrointestinal issues since young, especially when I have anxiety and fear.
I always have this one thought, and it always come just right before I am about to go home after work.

"What time is it now? What will my mum say? Is she
awake or sleep yet? What if she starts nagging at me again, for coming home late? "

warning signal to me to gain my attention so that I will not lose focus and stress my body.
